I realized I packed our sun lotion in the DCL box and not the resort box. I have to unwrap the all ready sealed DCL box and search for the lotion and repack it It wouldn't be a big deal but my DD is allergic to regular sun lotion.

I was going to make us t-shirts too! That's so cool However my printer has different ideas I did make some tye died Mickey shirts though.

I found a pirate costume for me but got sniped on Ebay. I don't think I will have one in time so I am just wearing a peasant shirt and bandana Jack Sparrow gave to me.

I am so not ready and so ready for this trip all at the same time. I thought September would never end...but now that it is October, I have entered panic mode. Hopefully I will gets lots of items crossed off the "to do" list this week!

I've read that some characters are at the Oceaneer Lab or club, does older people can take photos with them or only kids? Does captain jack sparrow is on the dream? how easily is taking a photo with him? And does someone know something about the See ya real soon party?

I only know about the Wonder. They had Jack Sparrow once on Castaway and then a meet and greet later on in the day on the ship. You can see what the Castaway pic looks like but that was when they had the Dutchman there.

The characters do come to the clubs but I don't know if you are allowed to bring a camera in there but they do have character meet and greets throught the cruise and the characters are often walking around on deck so have a camera ready! The Navigator will have meet times for the characters or there is a PALS hotline.

Kevin is in DC this week so I'm spending the week fall cleaning and figuring out what i need to pack. As much as I love to travel -- I dread filling the suitcase!

Oh so sorry to hear this... its happened to me twice

True story:The day before I left for WDW my bosses boss insisted on having a conference call the following day. I was on the Magical Express when I had to call-in. She let our entire department go. The upside, I was in the happiest place on earth, everything was paid for so I didn't have to worry. As someone who has been through it, my advice is enjoy your trip and worry about the rest later. In the end it will all work out. {virtual hug}

Captain Sparrow was on the Magic on Pirate night... but... the line was sooooo long get there early if you want your pic taken

He was also on Castaway Cay not far from where you get off - theres characters all along the initial route - again - get off early to save time in lines

We fly out Fri 14th, board 16th and get off 23rd then 9 days in a villa before flying home... cant wait
