Once Again: Which Character Meal is Best???

We are wanting to do another character meal or two with our next trip. We did the Ariel Grotto and enjoyed it, everything but the lunch food. So what would you suggest?

minnie and friends because it is in the park and breakfast is pretty good

lilo and stitch but the walk from the desert inn sucked but the food and characters were great.

We are doing minnie and friends again in oct

I havent been to all of them yet, but Goofys get my vote for food, and Minnies for character interaction.

I've only been to the lilo and stitch breakfast. I thought the food was very good. The wait staff was very on top of things (never had an empty glass of OJ!) however, the character interaction wasn't the best. Maybe it's because we were all adults, I don't know. But it left us wanting more.

I havent been to all of them yet, but Goofys get my vote for food, and Minnies for character interaction.

I second this! My dd loves Goofys at dinner time. We make ressie at goofys everytime we spend the night at DL.

The characters at Minnie's are always so much fun and there is always a great varitey of them.

Our favorite is Goofy's. I usually make reservations for the night before we go to DL and then we don't "waste" precious park time at a character meal.

Goofy's Kitchen: Wins hands-down for both character interaction and quality/selections of food.

PCH, Storytellers: Great for character interaction, food was mediocre.

Plaza Inn (Minnie & Friends): Great for character interaction, food was cold and tasteless.

We are adults that either travel as a couple w/o kids, or w. other adults, so having such character interaction at all venues really impressed us.

We hated Goofy's, food was ok there was a ton of choices but not much any of actually liked and the character interaction was lacking. May have been our table but it was lacking. We were not happy.
We've never done Storyteller's. They have brick oven wood fired pizzas and the smell makes my DD8 sick.

We really like Lilo and Stitch! Food was really good, and my son loved Stitch.

Second we like is Goofy. Never have done Minnie while it's been at the park, we did go there when it was at PP. Storytellers we really aren't interested in, doesn't have the Characters we really like (don't care for the Brother Bear stuff).

We've only been to Minnie & Friends, but we liked it so much last year, we are going again this year. We decided it worked out so well we didn't want to rock the boat. It's great to be able to ride some rides while crowds are low, then head over for a late breakfast/early lunch at around 10:30am. It's very convenient, character interaction was good, and food was pretty good. Lots of choices and we liked the food fine.

Does Goofy show up and Minnies? If he does then that would solve this problem for us, if not we'll probably do lilos again, we had a lot of fun there, but the walk from the Harbor exit did seem long, especially when you have to wait to go through the checkpoints and you are running late

I checked the allears website for menu items at Goofy's. Breakfast/brunch looks like the better selection for food. We booked a ressie for dinner but I am starting to re think that as the food choices don't appeal to me much. This is from allears:

Goofy's Kitchen is my favorite.....I have also heard that Lilo & Stitch is decent as well. I didn't like the In-The-Park Breakfast at DL itself...too long of a wait in line, too crowded and not much variety.

My daughter & I have been to all of them. Heres our vote.
Goofy's Kitchen was alot of fun & has the best creme' brulee It is 2nd of our fav
Arial's Grotto was nice, cute & nice to try. Food was so so.
Dale & Chips breakfast at CG was realllly good food but character interaction had alot to be desired. We have been there several times. It's almost like its to big of an area to cover for so few characters.
Minnie Me breakfast was not very good as far as food & the cast members seemd to have problems when people asked for a little extra portions. The food was blah & not a good variety like the other resturants. This was our least favorite & have no desire to return. The characters were great though. We saw castmembers not being very nice to customers. We felt like an inconvenience to them too.
Lilo & Stitch has NEVER let us down. It has always been great food, service & ALOT of fun!! We've enjoyed it with without the kids along. Castmembers are so nice & the characters are hilarious every time were there. We've been there 4 diff times. We love it & will always return for that!! So this is our # 1!!!

minnies wins for AM food was grat charcters grate
we did princess lunch and food was well i didnt like it. i do wish we could do breakfest but hay all well
we did goofys dinner and brunch and i loved the dinner.
we are trying story tellers this time (just decied today)

Goofy's Kitchen for breakfast!!!

Out of all of them I've tried, that's the best, food selection-wise and character interaction-wise.

But I'm kind of biased, as I've been going to the Goofy's Kitchen breakfast since it was in its old location, a million years ago
