Onboard gifts site broken?

Has anyone had success purchasing onboard gifts lately? In my case, I am trying to purchase onboard credit using a Disney gift card, but the website and app won't let me purchase anything. Anytime I add something to my cart, I am taken to a, "temporarily unavailable, we're working on it," page.

I’m wondering if it has to do with the website maintenance? But that wasn’t supposed to start until Monday so maybe unrelated.

Yeah, I don't really know. I didn't start trying until a few days ago. That's why I thought I'd see if anyone else is able to purchase an onboard gift. I'm not looking forward to a long phone call or a visit to guest services after boarding.

I was able to purchase stuff today with a Disney Chase Redemption card. Try with your browser in ‘incognito mode’.

Thanks for checking, and thanks for the advice. I should mention that I have checked multiple browsers, with incognito mode, and I have tried while logged in as each of the stateroom guests. It must have something to do with our reservation.

It wasn't working for me back in January. I tried incognito mode on the laptop and private browsing on my phone. When I was binge watching cruise videos, one of them mentioned frequently having problems ordering onboard gifts.

We ended up swinging by guest services and it took less than 5 mins.

Yes. Hasn't worked for me for about a month. Good luck calling the phone #.. that's a joke. Not impressed with disney so far.

I was able to go on just now and order items. I didn't process it but was able to get to the final check out page.

It is working now. I just ordered some items for our B2B Wish cruise for August.
