Onboard Gift Purchase issues?

Does anyone have an idea on why we can't purchase the water packages through Onboard Gifts? I was able to select other things trying to test out the site-onboard credit, wine package, etc., but when I selected the water package it gives me an error stating they're unable to add that to my bag right now. Curious as to the why?

I don't know why, but I got the same error too while testing it out just now.

It’s so easy to buy the water package onboard the first day with the cooler that I wouldn’t worry about it. If you don’t want the cooler you can just buy the water.

Thanks, I know but I'm a planner and like to have it all set up prior :) And it saves me time from having to do anything when I get on board except lunch/cocktail/breathe a sigh of relief ;)
 

I was trying to buy the Romance package and it wouldn't let me add it to my bag. I tried all four versions, and three of them gave me the "working on it" error. I said it wasn't available after to purchase after July 1, but I don't know if that means I can purchase it now even if my sailing is after July 1. I tried the Minnie adventure bag and it had the same message about July 1 and that one did allow me to add it to my cart.

It’s a known issue. Unfortunately, the only way that worked for me, was to call in and order over the phone. They had no issues ordering on their end.

Let me guess, the phone number is the same general number that can end up with hours on hold?
 
Yes, I have issues, too. I get the "we're working on it". I would rather place the order online vs. the phone, because I'm writing a message... and I don't want the kiddos to overhear my ordering... has anyone had any luck?
 
I also have problems with the checkout at Disney onboard gifts. I can out everything I want in my basket, but at the checkout page there is no "further" button and nothing happens or pops up if I enter the credit card or Disney gift card information (they are right). Anyone else who solved the problem? I tried it with and without VPN. I tried it on multiple devices and browser, it is always the same problem.
I don't want to call. I don't live in the US, so it can be very pricey to be on hold on the phone for hours.
 
I checked again yesterday and the only water package they had was 24 pack. They’re definitely having glitches so I’ll just keep checking. Don’t have the patience to call at this time for something like that so I’ll wait.

Just tried to call... and message just said "call volumes too high", "cannot take your call at this time"... I really wish the website would work again for onboard gifts, leaving in one week and running out of time... can't order online... can't call... !
 
Seems the Romance package with bath robes are no longer available..... or has someone managed to call and order recently?

I called recently (about a week ago?) and the response was that they are sold out. No current packages with robes.
 
I ordered a bouquet and decoration package a month ago. Recently I ordered two beer steins. I received a confirmation for the beer glasses then realized I never received one for the other purchases. I checked my credit card and it was billed for both different purchases. I really want the decor package for our stateroom as a surprise for DSis birthday. I will just have to call I guess.
 
Here is another phone number that I received when I called in to order the new packages for the WISH. This number was on the bottom of the amenity confirmation email. 1-800-601-8455. I ordered the new birthday celebration package for my granddaughter. The new packages that they came out with are not on the website but I was able to order them when I called in. Scott Sanders with Disney Cruise Line Blog had a report with pictures of all the new packages in case you are interested to look at them before you call in. Good Luck and Happy Sailing!
