We cruised 11/27 and rebooked onboard. Today got a survey postcard asking us to participate in a survey about our onboard booking experience. Asked what we liked and disliked about the experience and the offer and then asked some general questions about whether we stayed at WDW, where we would stay in the future, etc.

The one thing I noted on the survey was that it would be really nice if they had a window of opportunity (like 10 days after you leave the ship or something) where you could book the offer rather than 1) having to decide right there what you want to do when you might not have all of your financial information, quotes, etc. ready to hand and 2) having to waste precious vacation time waiting to book (this being most important as who wants to waste time waiting in what can be some really long lines!!!)

Wow. That sounds like a great suggestion. We actually did not rebook on board for this very same reason.

That is an awesome suggestion! We didn't book onboard because there was always a line and then the one night that there wasn't my husband and I were rushing off to make our Palo res.

They would have so many more people rebook if they gave you the ten days. We should all put this on our comment cards!!

Are you out there reading this, Jocelyn?
