We paid the placeholder fee when we were onboard. I wanted to make our actual reservation now for summer 2017. But we may want to sail early 2018 instead. We won't know for sure until those itineraries come out later this year. My question is, if we book for summer 2017 now but decide to change to early 2018 later, do we still get the 10% discount and stateroom credit transferred or will we lose that if we cancel the summer 2017 sailing?

Thanks, if anyone knows. I can call my travel agent too but thought I'd ask here for first hand experience. :)

Yes! You will still get the 10% discount and the stateroom credit - unless something's changed, because I've moved cruises a couple of times in the past year.

Whatever cruise you finally decide on will have the Onboard booking perks applied to it, as long as that future cruise begins before 24 months from the original booking date (that is the date you made the booking onboard). Also, as long as the new cruise isn't during a block out date, you'll retain the 10% discount.
