Onboard Airline Check-In service

I just finished updating our "paperwork" for our cruise this October. I noticed that there was a section that said we were eligible for the Onboard Airline Check-In service. We are not using Disney Transportation, we're renting a car the day before and renting one to go back to MCO. Can we still use the Onboard Airline Check-In service? Except for using the DCL Bus we do "qualify" for the service. I was thought we had to use the DCL bus service to use it. Is this a new thing?

Good question. It has always been that you must have at least booked DCL transfers or used DCL air for your flights to qualify for the OAC program (along with the other qualifications). I would give them a call to find out.
