Hi
I am desperatly trying to loose weight and I picked up Jenny Craig last Oct. or so. I was doing fine for a while but I am finding that I don't want to eat the food any longer. It all tastes the same to me and I realy want to eat with my family. My DD6 wants to know why I can't eat her food and Mommy has to eat a different food than her. I am trying not to say diet or heavy or anything like that around her.
So I am wanting to drop JC and possibly pick up WW. I need advice though.
Does it work?
There are two plans, the points and the core. Which one is easier to follow with a family? It is very important to me to be with my family and eating with them at dinnertime.
Do the support groups really help?
Are their trained counselers or diaticians that I can talk to?
