We have been debating going to the parks now doe two weeks. Hubby just had knee surgery about 2 weeks ago. We came to San Diego last Friday to see family and finally decided for sure yesterday to go. Made arrangements for an ECV to be delivered to hotel for hubby. Our main plan is to spend the day at California Adventure.

Will we have a lot of problems with him in a ECV getting on rides? He has a cane and can do some walking just not enough to walk around
Parks all day

Thanks

In CA you shouldn't have a whole lot of problems, the park was built with wider paths and queues than DL. I have only traveled with someone in a ECV once, so my experience with one is very limited but we sure noticed how easier it was to get around CA than DL with one (this was pre Carsland mind you-so crowds were noticeably different back then).

Thanks - we went yesterday and everything worked out okay. You are right about the parks. Has no issues in DCA. DL we pretty much had different access to all the rides. We did pretty good and did every thing we really wanted in each park
