Just stopping through to wish you a Happy Monday :sunny: ! It has turned VERY cold where we are. Is your pool still open?

It's good to hear that you are on top of things at the school. That man sounds completely inappropriate and I'm glad to hear you said something to the office.

Sorry to hear about the pool repair. I know exactly what you mean about extra time going towards Christmas presents. Ugh, there is always something,

Was OP for food and water today. The gym went well for cardio. I will do weights tomorrow. I volunteered at the kid's school, did laundry, shopped for a few groceries, went to the fruit/veggie stand and then to work. I am exhausted. Good night.
 

Down 3 lbs today. I know it is just water but I will take it. It is AMAZING to me that 3 mere lbs can make that much of a difference in my stomach area, but truly it does. Probably more so because I am short.:rolleyes: I will stay OP for food and water again. I'm on my way to the gym again and then will hang out in the back catching some sun. Have a nice day.:sunny:
 
I had to alter our plans today. I stayed OP for food and water. Went to the gym and did a few weights and 2.25 miles on the glider. I got a call that my daughter got hurt at school so I had to cut my workout short and I wanted her to stay calm after school so we stayed in the house. She is ok and a trooper. I felt bad for her though and it put a damper on the day. At least she is ok and I can do my workout tomorrow. No big deal. Good night.:D

Great workout this am, weights and cardio. OP for food and water. Another drop in pounds, down 4 pounds total. I know it is water, but I feel better. :Pinkbounc I need to work today so I'll get to journals tomorrow hopefully.:D

Congrats on the weight loss! You are so right - seeing things go the right direction is such a big boost and a motivator. You are doing so well on your workout plan.

I hope your DD is feeling much better. It is definitely no fun to get hurt at school.

Hi Wilderness,

I was visiting the last 5 or so pages of your journal and just wanted to say hi.
Sounds as if you are a person who knows her priorities and can be flexible if need be. Some days the priority is the gym, sometimes the house, sometimes work, sometimes the kids...we really can't be expected to "do it all." The guys certainly don't.

I hope you're feeling better. I am still fighting my cold. It's the first one in over a year. My workout last night was really, really tough, but I need to put some minutes into the exercise challlenge, so I struggled through it. I felt better this morning and gave my cat a bath and cut her toenails and put a new flea collar on her. I also did some cleaning, got maybe half the house done. That's enough, though. My roast pork is in the oven, I want to workout tonight, and back to work tomorrow am.

I can sympathize with you not liking the summer to end. Summers go by faster and faster the older I get. Although so far, the fall weather has been nice, with warm days.
