Hey everyone...I am Chris from New York and I am currently on the second of two cruises back to back that my family. BACK TO BACK CRUISES ARE THE BEST!

I am new to all of this so I hope to get to know a lot of people and talk about the most magical ship on the ocean!

It's so good to see you here! I hope your Eastern trip has started out great. I'm home wishing I was still there.... It's really cool to hear from you though. Was so nice meeting you this week. I really enjoyed it.

So what dining rotation did you get this week then? I know you're excited about having Gabriella, that's really cool you get to see her every night. Have an awesome cruise. I'm sure we'll talk again very soon.

Hey Chris:

Back to back cruises - now that sounds great!

When you are doing back-to-back, do you have to get off the ship at Port Canaveral after the first week or are you allowed to stay on board.

If you are on-board, what wwas your experience with that. Do all the staff madly scramble around getting ready for the next cruise??

I am coming next week on the Magic for one week and have always wanted to do back to back. You are so lucky!! How is the weather and are they talking about the tropical storm down there. Have a blast!!

If you are doing back to back cruises you DON'T have to get off and reboard at Port Canaveral. DCL (and customs) will allow you to stay on the ship. However, all ship services are suspended, even the pools from what I hear, and you have to visit Guest Services to have a new KTTWC issued and settle your first weeks bill. Hope to be doing a back to back cruise around this time next year!

Yes he is. He was our server when we had dinner. Very nice guy!

We had Andrew twice in Palo. He is wonderful. I would expect he would still be there, since he said he only started about four months ago and they work on six month contracts.

that's a different andrew, the one i am talking about has been with disney since 1999, he got off in june and was to come back 8/16

There are two Andrews from South Africa. To add to the confusion, they both work at Palo. Marcotta, one of the Andrews was on the LAP rotation (your rotation) last week and was going back to Palo this week. And to answer your question Bengals01, they are both on the ship. "Your" Andrew sailed as a passenger on the 6/14 cruise with us and returned 8/16 as a server on Marcotta's dining rotation.
