If I rent a car with Alamo..and select WDW as my RETURN location, which is better?? The Dolphin or the Disney Car Care Center?? Will either then drop us at our Hotel, AKL??

I use the Dolphin, but that's because I'm either at BW or POP. If you return to the Car Care Center, they will shuttle you back to AKL. If you choose to return to the Dolphin, you can always return on a day that you were planning on being in Epcot or MGM. Return the car and then walk to the park.
