On-site car rentals at LAX?

Hi. I was wondering if there are any car rentals at LAX whose offices are right in the airport and do not require a shuttle bus to their location.

Wow! If there is, I'd book it. Try herding a family of 7 (including car seats and stroller) and all of our luggage onto a shuttle.

Last time we flew into LAX, it was rather humorous with all of our luggage and children.

Exactly my concern!!! (although we're only a family of 4). They have on site car rentals in Orlando, you go up to the counter in the airport, fill out your paperwork, then walk across the street into the parking garage and get your car. It's totally awesome and I guess it spoiled me!!

If you have not already booked in to LAX, you might consider another airport. SNA and Long Beach both have onsite car rentals and are much closer to Disneyland.

Unfortunately all car rentals are off site but it's a quick shuttle ride. We were there a few weeks ago and the experience went much smoother than expected. We're a family of 4, with 3 suitcases, 1 carseat, a stroller, and a booster seat.

Yeah I just got back from LAX. However, there are tons of them only a short distance from the airport. For the problem of lugging the whole family, I would just have DH take the shuttle and do the paperwork, then go pick up the family at the airport. It shouldn't take longer than 30 minutes till he's back.

I think we'll do that this time. I'll send a couple of kids along with dh.
