Hello friends. We are at Aulani right now. There is an on site promo that is - apparently - exclusive to Aulani guests and applies to any Home Resort.

The sales guide has quoted me 150 points at Riviera for 30,600. 204/pt. This is existing member pricing with the Aulani promo, combined with other existing promos and discounts. I think the guide said that the Aulani promo itself is a $1K discount.

I haven’t been keeping current with the promo cycles lately. Is this actually exclusive to Aulani or is this the same pricing I could get if I call up my guide for a “phone tour?”

This does not, as far as I know, include Magical Beginnings. Though I have asked for clarification on that.

That is a great incentive while you are at Aulani! It is exclusive to those staying at Aulani, so if you were planning to buy, it's a great time to do so. There were a few people that mentioned taking advantage of it in this thread recently- https://www.disboards.com/threads/spring-direct-incentives-2-9-4-27.3978713/ It sounded like the $1000 is on top of all other available offers, including Magical Beginnings. Ask about the D23, Disney Visa, and DVC Anniversary discounts. If you don't already have a D23 membership, if you have Disney+, you are actually able to get the D23 Gold membership for free (see the Disney+ website).

When I was at Aulani last month, I took advantage of it and bought some points at VDH. It is $1k off that AFAIK isn't available anywhere else, and it is stackable with all the other offers: MB, Disney Visa, D23 Gold, etc.

For a while, DVC had special incentives while cruising DCL, but I don't think they're doing that currently. I think this incentive to buy while on vacation in Aulani is the only bonus you can't get elsewhere.

I assume 150 is the minimum for the $1k add-on while at AUL?
I'm not entirely sure. Sounds right?

We did it (which you may have seen in my other thread). Pulled the lever on a second 150 point contract at Riviera. My husband joked that he didn't expect to be ambushed on this trip. In all honesty, neither did I! But when the magic words "special on site promotion" are uttered...

With the Aulani 1K promo + 35th anniversary 1K + Chase Visa 1K + D23 Gold 500 + existing member incentive + Magical Beginnings, it came out to 180.66/pt (plus closing costs). Not too shabby? We now have two equal direct contracts, both at Riviera, which was always the goal. We have two kids; who knows if they will want the DVC one day, but if they do, they will be evenly split for them.

No other purchase plans in mind, but I gotta say I wouldn't mind stumbling across an Aulani sub for resale...LOL...I have officially joined the AUL fan club.

Scroll down to the fine print "Disney Visa Additional Credit Offer." It states 150 points at any of the resorts in active sales. https://disneyrewards.com/offers/disney-vacation-club-membership-offer-spring-2026/#:~:text=DVC 35th Anniversary Offer, restrictions and terms may apply.
Oh, I see. It's the Disney Visa DVC 35 Anniversary that's 200 points for an extra $1,000 off. I skimmed through this earlier this week and thought it was the same. My confusion: this was in a Disney Visa email promotion.

Ah, yes! I also found it confusing that the 35th anniversary offer is being mentioned on the Disney Visa site.

And also - the anniversary offer begins at 200 points for new members, but at 150 points for existing member add-ons 🥳

Not in general, no. They did say that, individually, the offer expires at midnight of your checkout day.

We happened to find out about the offer less than 24 hours before our checkout...bit of a whirlwind!
Thanks! Cant decide if I should talk to them or stay far away on our next visit.
