We aren't planning a trip so I havn't been watching the codes:o , but did anyone using that code get a better rate than "value" for a stay that has you checking in on/before 12/19, but staying into "non-value" season? I thought if you chesced in at a certain rate it applied to your whole stay, even if the rate changes while you are there. If this is so, did anyone end up doing better than value? I hope this makes sense...am trying to explain to a friend and she is on WDW planning overload!

Well, I think I understand. I booked my father on a room only code checking in on 12/18 and it is good for his whole stay. I am booked AP rate checking in the same day and my rate is good for the whole stay. He had a rate for an All-Star first then I switched him to a moderate. We are at a deluxe, and so are my in-laws on a different code.

Hope this helps.

Thank you Laurie! Is your AP rate much better than the non-AP rate for the delux? I sure wish it was me going!;)

I am paying $200 less a night. I can't even take credit for that one I had given up, but DH didn't!
