Wouldn't it make more sense to have the photo taken during the plunge instead of before it?

I guess but the plunge is dark so maybe they didn't want a flash during the drop?

Nice. I've thought they needed more on ride pictures from the non thrill rides. I think the only non height limited ride with one now is FEA.

I really wish they would put one on the haunted mansion with the hitchhiking ghosts.

I've never heard or read, but can anyone provide any insight as to why there is no in ride photo for Big thunder? Seems like a no brainer to me, and they have a perfect location just as you go under the big rib bones in my opinion. Thoughts?

There really is no insight. They just haven't done it.

Thanks. I'm not one to jump on Disney, I love most changes they've made in fact. But this is dissapointing. Such little effort to enhance the experience, especially on a coaster, where people love on ride photos.

They do take one on it in Paris (we had a hilariously bad picture riding it in the rain). I can't remember if CA does or not.

I read somewhere that Big Thunder and Haunted Mansion will be getting it soon as well. The latter one could be really cool. Especially if they can put your hitchhiking ghost in the photos and videos.

I agree completely about the HM! It seems like a no brainer to put it at the end where the ghosts show up in your buggy!
