I just saw an advertisement for discounts up to 20% for GCH and DLH for most Sunday nights from April 23-June 15, as long as you book before May 25. Here are all the details!

Important Details

• Savings based on the non-discounted price for the same room at the same hotel for most Sunday through Thursday nights from April 23 through June 15, 2017.
• Book from March 27 through May 25, 2017; travel must be completed by June 16, 2017.
• Savings on premium rooms are available on Premium, Deluxe and Woods/Garden/Courtyard rooms.
• Offer excludes select Concierge rooms and suites, with the exception of Artisan and Regal suites.
• Ask about savings on other room types.
• Not valid on previously booked rooms.
• Advance reservations required.
• Subject to availability as the number of rooms allocated for this offer is limited.
• Excludes applicable taxes and fees.
• Limit two (2) rooms per reservation and five (5) people maximum per room.
• Not valid in combination with any other hotel discounts or offers.
• Subject to restrictions and change without notice.
• Separate theme park admission required to enjoy the parks.

Disney sends them out to people via email or snail mail. There are some blogs out there on how to increase your chances of getting them but it seems pretty random. If I had to guess I'd say we got one because we have tickets already purchased through the discount and some dining reservations for the week we got the code for. So they know we're coming and were hoping to get us to stay onsite. And it worked haha.

I don't think it is just Norcal residents, we just got the 40% pin and we are in Canada. Sadly the dates just don't work for us.

Yea we're in Canada too. The recent ticket discounts for Canadians suggest that we are a market Disney is actively targeting at the moment.
