???? on online ADR's

Okay, we have never used this and I am trying to coach my sister who will be traveling in May. She and her extended family will be staying in two rooms and have two different reservation numbers. My questions are:

1. Can she book ADR's under her reservation number for all of the persons-- which will be more than under just her room?

2. If she has a special restaurant she would like to book first--in order to have a better chance at securing that reservation-such as Cinderella's Royal Table-- can she book it first, even though it will not be their first dining reservation OR does she have to book the dining dates in order.

When does the system ask for your resort reservation number?

3. If she has not "set up" the Dining plan information yet (with DVC Member Services), does she have to let them know when making the ADR's that she will be on the DDP. (She is planning to get the Deluxe DDP).

4. They have a birthday and two anniversaries to celebrate... how does she give them this information so that special treats may be brought to the table?

1. Yes.
2. You will have to put in the reservation number before you start. You do not have to book in order of dates.
3. If she is not on the dining plan there are some reservations she won't be able to do online such at CRT or HOOP DEE DOO as those will ask her to pay for them in full. I would suggest adding the dining plan BEFORE making ressies.
4. It will ask you if you are celebrating anything. You can also call the dining number to add those things.

I would definitely set up DDP before making reservations as it makes things alot easier.
