Two of my coworkers had it this weekend, both in yesterday. One still running to the bathroom yesterday. One called me a few minutes ago to say it was back with a vengeance. Please, oh please don't let me get it!

The viruses going around this year are terrible. It took us a month to get them out of our house. Now that the kids are back in school, I guess they will be back.

When my husband got it, his partners politely asked him not to come into work (as did his doctor). I guess that's the benefit of only working with 2 other people.

Another thing I do to keep myself protected is that not only do I wash my hands throughly in the bathroom at work (or anywhere in public), but AFTER I leave the bathroom as well, because on the way out you touch the knobs, door, etc that others have touched. If no is sink available I use portable hand sanitizer, or alcohol swabs.

Use a pen to touch things a lot of people touch- like ATM buttons, elevator buttons, touch screens you find in some stores, etc.

Also if you all use the same phone at work you may want to swab the receiver with sanitizer or alcohol swabs.

Yeah, I sound paranoid LOL! The dual experience of working in a hospital and being phobic of any puking-related virus has done this to me!
