After changing my mind a million times, I ended up booking the YC gardenview concierge for our trip. I booked online with the new website last night.
However, today when I log in it says to enter your confirmation number and phone number to view and make payments on your reservation. My reservation pulls up, but there is NOWHERE to make payments and the reservation says view:standard.
I called Disney and the lady said not to worry about the view that the view is standard, but it is still concierge. Then she said I should be able to make payments, as she sees a payment page on her screen but she could not tell me how to get there. So, I went back online and have searched and checked the site map, but I can not find a way to make payments like you could on the old site.
AH! Has anyone else experienced this on the new web site?
