On-line reservation

I see that you can request a reservation on-line through the members site. Wouldn't it be easier to just call, since you don't get an answer right away, by calling you know?

If you could actually instantly know, I can see that, but you have to wait two days for an e-mail correct??

The time it takes for a response depends on how busy that group is. I used it once and had a reply the same day. If you are going to try and book a room category that has limited availability (values, concierge, grand villa), I'd call instead of using the online form.
