On Line Reservation add ons

Dont know if this has been posted, but we were on line trying to add some people to our exsisting DVC reservation, only to discover that it cannot be done! Very disappointed to see that. Even DCL allows you to add or subtract people to the cruise. Then, tried calling the Member line, only to find out that they too, have changed their hours (cutbacks). I'm sure this member hours has probably been changed for a while, but I haven't had to call, so it came as a surprise to me. Man, if they aren't gonna let you do most simple things to a reservation, they most certainly should be open past 5 Eastern time!

You can call tomorrow or Sunday. They are open 9 am - 5:30 pm Eastern both days.

And beginning July 1st MS will be open 9am-7:30pm eastern time on weekdays, weekend hours stay the same.

Changing guests for both resorts and DVC villas has always required a call, and Member Services IS open past 5 - the line is open until 5:30pm Eastern and soon to be 7:30pm, starting July 1. No cutbacks! They are increasing, not decreasing service to members.

I've sent e-mails to add names to villas many times. That way, I'm doing it on my time which is often early mornings!

The 7:30 eastern closing time will be weekdays only. Closing time for Sat and Sun will remain 5:30 eastern.
