On line check in

Is the DVC member site down? I've been unable to get on yesterday and now today to do the on line check in for next week.

I just tried and got in fine, Bobbi. Couldn't test an online check-in, however.

Ok...thank you.. .. that's strange. I cannot get to the sign in page. I get "page unavailable" and it's really only a skelton of a page. I'll have DH check it, but wouldn't you know it, he's out of town until tomorrow.

Have you tried closing your browser and then opening again?

I just checked in for boardwalk 04/06/2011 and it went through fine. But i did fine once that i was logged off from the main page so i had to re entered the info again after logging back on.

Great! Jean if closing your browser is something to do with restarting the computer, I did that. Thank you for your suggestion. However,after I did that, I called DH and he walked me through something else that might work. It had to do with cookies and erasing history. Sure enough it did work! I'm glad I just didn't wait much longer for the problem to be fixed by itself!

Sometimes that will happen to me too. Closing all open browers or restarting will normally fix the log in problem.
