I used the Online Check-In earlier this month and it improves the process. First you must still stop at the check-in windows as before, and yes you do have to wait it someones in line ahead of you. A separate line would be nice but would probably be very long as more folks use the online process. Once your reservation and your identification has been verified your are given a personally prepared packet and your site number. If you need to make any changes such as adding another person, charging privileges, etc, this can easily be done. While I wasn't watching a clock during the process I feel that it reduced our check-in by half. Now, if they would improve the cart rental process. What they have now is definitely not customer friendly!
