On-line Check-in w/ Expedia ressie?

I've only ever booked direct w/ Disney so looking for advice from those who have booked w/ Expedia before. Can you do on-line check-in w/ Expedia's ressie no.? I tried pulling up my ressie thru the Disney site & wasn't able to so that probably tells me what I need to know but I wanted to confirm w/ my experts on the Dis. Thanks

don't think so - but you should also have a disney reservation number - so might call disney reservations and give them your name, hotel and when you are arriving - they should be able to tell you the disney #

Try going to mydisneyreservation.com and see if you can pull your ressie up there. That is the link they sent me for online check in when I couldn't access my ressie through the regular site.

My upcoming hotels.com ressie shows up there but not on the main site so I'll use it next trip too. Also, my ressie only shows up there when I select "Booked Directly with Disney" even though I did not.

Also, as the PP said, make sure you are using the Disney confirmation number, not the Expedia one. I was able to call hotels.com to get mine.

I think Expedia is considered a travel agent and doesn't release the reservation back to Disney until shortly before your trip. However, I'd imagine that would have been done already if you are within the online check-in window. You do need the Disney confirmation number and not the Expedia one so I would contact Expedia as PP suggested.

I have booked a few times with Expedia. If you go to Retrieve My Reservation on Disney's site, put in the Disney confirmation number from your Expedia itinerary and in the drop down menu for how you booked the reservation, select "Other", it should come up just fine. Just make sure you are using the Disney reservation number and not your Expedia confirmation number - the Disney number is longer.

Once the reservation has been retrieved, then you can do online check in just as if you had booked the reservation direct with Disney.
