I am traveling with extended family in October and staying at BWV. I (DVC member) have reserved a two 2 bd for my DB, DN1, DN2, DH and me. In order to save on points, we will be sharing one 2 bd on Saturday night and DB & DN1 will be moving to their own 2 bd on Sunday morning.

When using the on-line check in service, is it possible to limit who can charge purchases on their KTTW? I would like to limit it to just DH & me.

Can I check DB in on-line for his room even though I'm not listed on the reservation? I made all the reservations and both rooms are on my points so DB & DN1 are there as my guests. The only page that I've seen that would be a problem was the credit card page. Can he add his own CC on Sunday morning when he picks up his check in package?

Thanks,
Tammy

KTTW restrictions can only be applied at the Front Desk when you physically check in. You can check the others in on-line but not at the Front Desk unless you are on the reservation.

Thanks for the quick answer. I'll check DB in and let him add his CC at that time.

Am I reading this correctly? You reserved two two bedroom villas for five people???

Deb,

Originally it was supposed to be six people (not that that makes much of a difference), but my DSIL couldn't make it due to work. To make matters worse, at 29 days out, DN2 (who will be staying with DH & me) told me that she needs to leave two days/nights early. Nothing available to switch to because of F&W, so it'll be just DH & me alone in a two bedroom. Wanna come and stay in the studio half??????

I'll be there. Want me to bring along some cookies and cereal??

We'll have the cereal, but we need cookies! Chocolate-chocolate chips for me please!

Count me in! I can score the Dunkin' Donuts coffee and filters!:thumbsup2

:) Did someone mention free space in a 2 bedroom, DH and I are coming down 10/28 but could get there a few days early if we have a place to stay.:thumbsup2

I will let you come over and sit on my balcony to watch giraffes...we have a SV....but you might not want to sleep over.....it's just a studio.

Have a great trip:banana:

Is there something wrong with that? I mean if you're a group of adults hitting middle age or older - no one really wants to sleep on a pullout. It's probably cheaper than a 1-bd and a studio~

Just curious as to why you seem to think this is a bad thing~

<cough> then again, I have no problems booking a GV for 6 people:laughing:

---------
okay - brain finally started working - I was reading it as "two two" simply being a typo instead of/as in 1 two bdrm and a 2nd two bdrm..... my bad! it took this long to kick in other meaning options lol~

We book a two bedroom for three people and a one bedroom for two. We like our space and don't care for the pullouts either.
