On Line Check In + Memory Maker Question

Hello. My husband and I have rented BCV points from an owner for a trip to Disney World with my daughter and her family. I would really appreciate any info you can give me on my questions below.

On our My Disney Experience page it says that we can reserve a room on line in 35 days. Since we are renters and not the owner, can we still do that? Or, can only the owner check in on line?

I recently purchased Memory Maker. It is listed on my MDE page, complete with the confirmation number. My daugther and her family are staying in our 2 bedroom suite with us. I do have everyone listed under the family and friends section, have linked all our tickets and have customized everyone's magic bands. As long as they are listed under my family and friends, are they automatically set up with our Memory Makers. Next to the adult names it says "Connect through a Disney Account". I'm assuming that would only be necessary if my daughter's family had their own MDE page, which they do not. They are only listed on my page, under the friends and family section. Should I see something on my page that confirms that they are connected to the memory maker or is it just automatic?

I have read other people mention that their MDE page tells them on what day they can make their fast pass reservations. I cannot find that anywhere on our MDE pages. Can someone tell me where this is listed. Our hotel reservation starts on Saturday, December 5. I'm pretty sure I can make my fast pass selections on October 6. Since I am on west coast time, does that mean that I can make them at 9:00 p.m. on October 5th?

On-line check-in is a process where Disney pre-collects the same information that would be gotten from you at the Front Desk, so YOU would complete on-line check-in if desired.

For Memory Maker, pictures taken of anyone on your Family & Friends list will be available for you to download. For profiles you manage, nothing else needs to be done. If any of your friends did have their own MDE account, you should connect with them using the invite function so that any shared plans would also appear in their account.

The main page of the MDE website has a countdown to the first item in your plans. For a 12/5/2015 arrival date, your 60 day FP+ booking window opens on 10/6 at Midnight Eastern.
