?? on how to pre-pay reservation

I have 2 reservation numbers. One I did online and one I did by phone because I was extending our original reservation. I was able to pay the phone reservation in full by phone, however, they stated they could not help me with paying the first reservation in full because I made it online. I looked online and there isn't a place for me to make another payment. Does anyone know how I can finish paying for our campsite in advance? Should I call FW directly?
