on hold with disney

We moved and our vacation is in about 3 weeks. So, I need to get my info. changed in the disney system BUT when I tried to log on using my res. # it told me they were experiencing tech difficulties and try later (all afternoon yesterday, and then again this am). So now I am on the phone. It is 7:40 pacific time (10:41 @ the World). I had to dial 5 times just to get through to the machine (i kept getting all of our agents are busy please try your call again later) finally i hear the pixie dust sound only to ask me 8 or 9 puterish questions (have I been to dw 5 or more times in my lifetime??).
Now I am listening to background music and fighting off the brain atrophy that precedes an actual coma. H E L P

I was just thinking of calling them to pay off our trip. I tried to call 3 times yesterday and the systems were down. I guess I don't have to make that call right now. Thanks for the heads up! Hope you get off of hold before your trip!

Looking back now this is one of my most embarrasing moments.....

I was on hold this morning trying to pay off my trip and I was so sick. My sinuses are killing me and I am actually sick to my stomach from the drainage. I was on hold for 25 minutes and I tried to take some more meds and started to get sick, so I ran to the bathroom with the phone and got sick. While this was happening they answered. I said don't go I have been on hold 25 minutes. The CM was super nice and asked me if I was going to be ok and I said as long as I don't have to call back. I know he thought I was crazy, but I tried calling multiple times yesterday and I was not spending my day trying to give someone my money.
