of my ADR's!

I dialed the most of the number at 6:59 this morning, and at 7:00 hit that last number, but....I was on hold for over an hour. Soooooo, either my clock wasn't quite right (the one on my computer) or there were just a ton of people calling in at the same time.

It doesn't matter though, I got all I wanted, including Le Cellier!

The only strange thing was we couldn't get a House Of Blues one, the CM couldn't figure out why she couldn't access it. We tried all of the 8 days we're going to be there and none of them would allow her to open it.

So I'll call back on that one.

We got:

Yak & Yeti--dinner
Coral Reef---lunch
Sci-Fi---lunch
Kona Cafe---breakfast
Le Celllier---lunch
The Plaza---dinner
Crystal Palace--lunch
Maya Grill---dinner (might be switching though to House Of Blues)

:thumbsup2

They sound great. We've been to all of them except for Kona Cafe and Maya Grill (but we stay at CSR every year and it's gotten a lot of reviews lately so we're going to try it for dinner. Also, we do Crystal Palace for breakfast. But we enjoy all of them a great deal.

Good job! I am glad to hear that you got all of your top choices!

Wow I am so glad that I didnt have to sit on hold. I made my ADR's from work and called around 7:05 am a few weeks ago. Guess I got lucky!

I have NO idea if this is still the case, but a couple of years ago when I wanted a reservation at House of Blues, I had to call that restaurant direct to make the reservation. Maybe you could give HoB a call and see if that is still the case...again, this was a couple of years ago so it could have changed.

fantastic news for you.......your reservations sounds great....I had to call and give up my le Cellier a week or so ago because our son and dil and two rug rats decided at that time to come with us....we were able to change the others but decided that two little kids could not wait that long for food......

I was on the phone for maybe five minutes before a live person answsered...glad that you had the patience to keep on holding on.......

Have a great time

Same here. Had to call HOB directly and they could only make the reservation up to 14 days in advance.

I love the DIS, thanks for the tip on House of Blues. We really want to eat there, so I'll try calling them and see if the 14 day advance is still their policy.

THANK YOU!!!!

Don't know about House of Blues but I made my Rainforest at DD reservation directly through the restaurant. I was about to make it in Feb for July.

You can book HOB online directly through their website! I don't have the link but I booked that way at it had to be at least 30 days out, maybe more, I don't recall a constraint. If you go to the main HOB site, then to Orlando, then click on the restaurant. Should be 2 options to make ressies, regular ones and gospel brunch which is separate.

Sorry to hear that your hold time was so long! I have had pretty good luck with both the Dine and Play reservations around 5:00...most people are commuting or preparing / eating dinner. :)

Way to go on Le Celliar! We didn't get it...they are booked the ENTIRE week we are there.

I think everyone is calling at 7 am and it is making the wait longer. I called yesterday to change my May 28 ADR at about 2 pm and got a live person right away. I am guilty of calling at 7 on my ADR day also :guilty: But I got my Le Cellier lunch  Your ADR's look great :)
