on hold for like 10 minutes with wdw dine

I gave up, it was 20 minutes and not even notice of how much longer or anything just the music

No, it doesn't usually take that long! But, since you are calling at the 90 day mark for a few days before Thanksgiving, it is probably a very busy time! Try off hours, like after 9 pm EST -- maybe that will help.

Good luck!

I called the day they closed early for Charlie but they were closed! So I called the next morning and held for 1 hour and 23 minutes! (My phone timed it) But you know what? I didn't care! I was just glad that they made it thru the storm and that I got my my PS for Cali Grill for my anniversary!!!

I just got off the phone, 08/24 1 pm. After going through the prompts, the tape said "four" minutes. The CM came on in less than a minute. I had used the 1-800 number.

I called earlier today, probably close to noon, and was on hold probably 5-6 minutes or so. I've had times I've waited as long as 30-40 minutes, and other times, they pick right up.

Saturday and Sunday I called (late afternoon/early evening). I waited longer than I probably ever have. But it still was probably under 10 minutes.
It could be they are still short handed from Charlie. Many CMs still have no power and/or no livable home.
And many are trying to work, but have to stay or go home because kids were out of school for almost 1.5 weeks, in addition to having to meet insurance adjusters, repair people, etc.

Thanks bugbugmom! The day before Hurricane Charley I called at 7 am and was on hold for an hour!

When I called yesterday, I think I held for about 15-20 minutes. However, the day before, it went right through...go figure.:)
