I made an ADR for CRT for Sept 11th. No problem. the issue is it doesn't really work, so we've been watching for a good time to open up. And for the past few days I've noticed a better time, but wanted to call to make the change vs doing it myself.
So today I checked and the time was still available, so I called. I was told there was nothing available, I asked if she was sure b/c I had just checked and there were 2 availabilities.
She said times disappear fast and I wasn't likely to find a different time. (while she was talking, I check and the times were still avail) I mention this, and she says please hold. 30 min later I'm still on hold 
so I hang up and call back, get someone different and get my new ADR in less than 5 minutes.
In the meantime my children managed to give themselves on black eye, a gash 5 cm long, a goose egg, and also managed to squish watermelon all over my sewing machine. Hence why I prefer to make my ADRs at night when they're sleeping. But I can't CHANGE an ADR online, only make new ones and cancel existing ones. Sigh.
