I feel your pain! This is part of the reason I posted about my outrageous phone bill. WDW needs to put 800 numbers back in. You should not have to pay for these calls to just sit on hold. I got flamed for my comments by a few folks, but I still say the cost for this should be on their dime.

You can do it! Have faith! I was on hold for 45 minutes and I was able to get 12/24..

After one hour, I got through...to a very nice and sympathetic CM who was so helpful!

Unbelievably we got exactly what we wanted...Dec. 24th...lunch at Tutto Italia at 2:00 so that we could see the 5:00 show!

She then said, I see that you'll be calling in tomorrow to make all of your AR's for your stay which begins on Dec. 21st....I promise....you won't have to wait an hour for that!

actually, I think I know what I did wrong...I called the (407) number and the woman said, "if you're calling from Orlando or are making reservations for the next 7 days, press 1. If you're calling to make future reservations, press 2" I think I screwed up by pressing 2. I got thrown by that "making reservations for the next 7 days".

That's okay...got what I wanted and now, I'm all set to get right in when I call tomorrow morning to make the rest of our ADRs!
