On eastern Magic now - dinner rotation

We are on the Magic now - first Eastern since May - and many have asked about the dinner rotation. It is the same as it has been. Ours is PLAPLAP- we are dining at 8:30 p.m. So no changes as far as rotation goes.

The ship has been rockin and rollin' today as we head to St. Maarten! We are having a blast so far!

Any questions - post and I will check back in and try to answer!

We just got off the Magic yesterday. We were told they were going to do a test of a new photo system. Have you seen or heard anything? Mindi

What about the staggered dining times? Someone said a while back that they were going to change the dining times to just ONE early seating and ONE late seating instead of the staggered times. Any info???

I wish they'd do the westerns as ALPALPA... We had LAAPPLA... I wasn't that crazy about it.

As of two weeks ago, dinner seatings were still staggered.

Nothing new yet! Wish they would change it though.

Dinner times are staggered as always. 5:45, 6 and 6:15; 8, 8:15 and 8:30.

Still making our way to the Caribbean. Palo brunch this morning! Can't wait!

Sunday is formal, Tues. is pirate and Thursday is semi.

Ship is still rocking a bit. Palo brunch was fantastic! Captain is keeping an eye on a tropical depression. Hope it doesn't alter our course!

Could you check to see if they still sell a particular Disney hat.
It is a fisherman or bucket hat with a rim all the way around. (I think of a Gilligan hat). One side is solid khaki with a Blue/Red/Orange Disney Cruise Line patch on the front. The inside is a Blue/Red/Orange hibiscus print with the same DCL words in the print.
I'm trying to replace my husband's STAINED (that is an understatement) hat and wondered if it is even still for sale!!!

Could you post Navigators when you get home, or....would you be willing to personally e-mail them or snail mail them to me? We're trying to set up our plan, since we have such a large group! Also, does anyone who who the cruise director will be in January on the Magic???????? OH! And can you confirm that the Golden Mickey's Menu has replaced the Master Chef Series menu???????

Sorry I wasn't able to get back to you guys but internet service was pretty spotty and time-consuming. I spent 3 days in WDW after the cruise and am just getting back to reality.

Hopefully you have seen the Eastern navigators that pinkygirl posted on the Trip Reports thread. (THanks, pinkygirl!) We did have the Golden Mickey menu on formal night!
