? on Disney Tours....

Good evening everyone,
Just wondering if someone could give me some insight on the Disney Family Magic Tour??? I was reading the 2005 Birnbaum's Disney Book and it didn't give much info, just said it was a 2 hour scavenger hunt through the MK and was $25 per person, anyone know anything about this....is if fun? A waist of time? Any information would be great, sounds like something new and different to do and was just wanting some expert advice from you guys??? Thanks again,

We did this last year and it is really geared to families with small children. You go around the MK looking for clues and eventually end up meeting Peter Pan for photos etc. and then go in for Philharmagic. My daughter was a little too old for this one.

On our tour, we actually met up with both Peter Pan and Wendy. They gave the guests the opportunity to request any ride but suggested that we do Philharmagic. There are other tours in which the group went on Peter Pan's Flight. The great thing about this tour is that it is not like the characters just show up, pose for some photos and then disappear. The characters appear about an hour and a half into the tour and they chat it up with the group and play games with everybody, all the while staying in character. It was great fun.
