I was thinking about using points for 3 of us in one room and cash for 2 of us in the other. Would want adjoining rooms (I guess cat 10?). Would it be less expensive to book the whole thing with MS, or book the points room with MS and the cash room with DCL (could they link them to get adjoining cabins?)
TIA!

Is this for the members cruise in February? If so I believe (someone correct me if I'm wrong) but everything will need to be booked thru MS. I spoke w/ them today and cash ressies will have to be paid in full on Saturday. Hope this helps.

We just booked adjoining rooms on the Wonder for next July. One room was on points and the other was cash. Member Services recommended that I book with them (points room) first, then they can flag or hold the adjoining room and let DCL know that someone will be calling for that room. I hung up with member services and called DCL right away. I gave them the booking # from the points room and they said there was a note about the need for an adjoining room. I booked the cash room and they linked the ressies for dining. Piece of cake.

Although they had plenty of adjoinings when I called, if you want something specific call early. I've heard too many stories of people having trouble getting adjoinings.

We booked rooms across hall from each other. Used points for one room and used points and cash for the other. MS handled all with the one phone call. Now to plan the next trip.
