I know, I know it sucks, but Im on a Drs diet and dont want to use my trip to Disney as an excuse to mess up now! Im 15 LBS closer to my goal! Anyways Ill be visiting Animal Kingdom, MGM and Epcot. Any leads on what inexpensive lunch places in these parks may offer a baked chicken, unfried veggie, steamed or baked fish/shellfish selection? A childs portion baked chicken deal would be perfect as I cannot eat a lot at one sitting. Thanks you guys.

Ok Animal Kingdom has Tusker House you can check out the menu they didn't have baked chicken but they do have rotessiere chicken with mashed potatoes and steamed veggies. you can pull the skin off and see if they will let you substitue the potato's for something else. I think they also have a baked salmon. I really liked the chicken there.

I can't think off the top of my of any other places cosmic rays has a roasted chicken too as does Wolf Gang puck express.

Good luck! Also If you are doing any TS meals let them know and they will do a meal just for your diet needs including dessert!!!!

If you want a kids meal then you will have lots of choices.. several places are offering a chilled chicken breast. They also offer grapes, carrots and applesauce as sides. I also know that you can get the grapes and carrots instead of fries with an adult entree. In Epcot they have the CS place in the land ( sunshine seasons? ) that has lots of good for you items. salads, wraps, etc. . Tusker House has lots fo good choices.. the chicken , salmon, and I get a turkey wrap with corn chowder that is good. MGM... I dont like any of the CS choices here but the flatbread grill does a grilled chicken and several places have fruit. SOmething else to think about.. if you do want to splurge some you can split a regualr adult entree with someone else and all the extra walking you wil do may allow you to be a little bad without any bad results. I actually lost 4 pounds last trip.. and I ate ALOT ( it was free dining).
