I do not believe you are allowed to list with multiple sites. This is a timeshare, but it is covered under real estate laws and you will enter a broker agreement when you list.
As to your primary question, any of the big four would likely be fine.
I would only deal with the companies that are DVC experts (The Timeshare Store, etc.) because the process will go more smoothly.I've been told ny sellmytimesharenow.com that I can use someone else....
I already "listed" with sellmytimesharenow. Then I found out they basically only advertise and say they will help with the rest. Fortunately, they are not exclusive and I can still list with another. If I sell my contract for the same price, they will supposedly give me my money back. (I've read I could kiss that money goodbye though). I've decided to go with the timeshare store and hopefully that will work. It's kind of a bigger contract (more than 160) points, so I'm concerned how long it will take. Fortunately, I've heard that people still want BLT, so maybe it will eventually sell. (I'm trying to not be specific because I really just want help and I don't want to violate any rules on this site)

Unfortunately it's very common for timeshare scams to promise to "sell" your timeshare but in the fine print only commit to listing it for sale. You have to be careful.
Legitimate brokers don't require up front money.
Do people list with more than one brokerage?
Can I ask who you used? I will be listed shortly with the timeshare store.....but I want this settled as quickly as possible.
