I have a 2 bedroom at BCV for 3 and a 2 bedroom at BWV for 4 for the same dates. Question is, can I use the pool at either resort for all 7 of us since we are under the occupancy limit for both 2 bedrooms?
How would I list each on the others reservation?

You could list the "extra" guests using an alias. For example, list John Q. Adams at BWV and at BCV as J. Quincy Adams.

And if you do, your guests will have to keep track of which key card is which to show the one for the BCV at SAB when they want to use that pool. AFAIK, they do not check at the BWV pools, but they do check at SAB.
