OMG!! What's going on with Epcot FP's?

I'm sorry if this should be on another board but I'm just flustered right now. OK, so I got the email that said my booking window opened today. I am sooo frustrated. Can you only book 2 fast passes at Epcot now? It keeps telling me I can only book 1 experience from each list and it won't let me book a 3rd FP from either list. What gives? If I pick FEA and Spaceship Earth that's it? We're done? It won't let me pick Soarin' or TT or Mission Space or Illuminations or anything else. Nothing. Nada. Grrrrr!!! What have I missed? I have tried like 4 times. On my phone and on my computer. Neither way will let me book more than 2 FP's. Have they reallllllly limited Epcot to only 2 per day? Seriously?? I keep getting this message from both groups:

Guests can only choose 1 experience per day from this group in advance until they redeem their first 3 FastPass+ selections. If you keep these Guests in the party, their other FastPass+ selections will be canceled and replaced. You’ll get to review and confirm this change before it’s final.

well, I know that FEA is in the same tier as TT, Soarin' and Illuminations, so you can only get one of those. No idea why you aren't able to book the other two FP from tier two.
Tier two has Spaceship earth and Mission Space green and orange, plus Living with the Land, turtle talk with crush, etc

Test Track
Soarin
Illumination
FEA

I was trying to book Spaceship Earth and Mission Space but it won't let me.

If I'm ever having issues for example booking on the computer then I switch to the app. If I recall correctly, since they made changes I found the app was better to use.....or maybe it was the other way.

Is it just that it looks like it's telling you that you've already selected 1 and that's it? It looks confusing to me but I tried booking some FP's and got 3.

I have tried both. Same messages. I get this from the FEA & Soarin' tier:

Select a FastPass+ Experience
You may plan only 1 of these per day.

Then when I switch to the other tier with Mission Space & Spaceship Earth I get this:

Select a FastPass+ Experience
You may plan only 1 of these per day.
You already chose an experience from this list.
Select a Different Experience

I have FEA and Spaceship Earth and that's all it would let me book.

On mine, once I selected a Tier 1 and a Tier 2 I'm only seeing the message about selecting 1 experience but I believe it's relating to the Tier 1. Then it shows times for the Tier 2's.....including the one I had already selected. And, as long as I didn't select an overlapping time (which it was showing and I mistankenly tried once) it allowed me to select the Second Tier 2.

I'm going to look again - actually this reminded me that I'm probably at or close to my 60 day mark!

I only get that if I try and select the same Tier 2 again.

But what the heck - before if you had one you selected it wouldn't even show up again. And yet they don't show any of the Tier 1's if you've already selected one from that list. And now it also gives times that overlap - I randomly selected a Tier 1 and then Chose my SE apparently at a time that overlapped. I wouldn't think it would even show overlapping - at least not at the level where's you're going thru the process making 3 at once.

I am not quite at 60 days so was looking within the 30 day window and was always able to get 3. It also reminded me though that they had changed this just a day or two before I needed to book FP's for last April. I found it more time consuming than before and still find it that way.

I know I'm repeating my thought Annie but are you sure you're not assuming that the message about being only able to select 1 is referring to the tier 2? I'm asking again because I found it confusing until I realized it wasn't referring to the Tier 2's that I had moved on to select.

I'll run thru what I did.

First, I selected my Tier 1 (Soarin')
Went thru to the next page and confirmed and then said I wanted to continue selecting on the same day. That took me back to the selection screen and at the top I have a Message about only selecting 1 that is referring to the Tier 1 pass but has that list hidden.
Next I selected SE for a Tier 2. I went thru the confirm and then again said I wanted to continue with the same day. It took me back to the same screen again with the same message about Only selecting 1, but that still was actually referencing the Tier 1 that was still hidden (there was a link to open the list that I finally found).
So lastly I selected a second Tier 2 and went to the confirm screen. At that point the button to keep going on the same day was grayed out and I was asked if I was finished - or I could have selected a new day.

Apparently they changed it to tier 2, saw it on wdwinfo

ETA: I don't remember the system allowing overlapping times to show up before. That seems (feels) new. It shouldn't do that....it's easier if it blocks them. The system is broken again.

I only had two booked for our Epcot day coming up August 13th. I just went in to add another one and it let me. Maybe book the two, log out and log back in and click Add to see if it will give you the 3rd??
