OMG... what did Jessica Simpson do to herself??

I was just watching Extra and she looks horrible (for her). Her lips were "inflated" and although she was talking, the bottom part of her face was frozen. It was really sad to see. She's so pretty and so young... I just don't see the need. I couldn't find any recent pictures to show you but this is from December:

It's so sad that the stars "freshening" up are getting younger and younger- and that girl is gorgeous as is- like her or not. I just don't get it.
