OMG!! We're going back to Disney!! December help??

But to consider this a 'countdown' we are at about 164 days to go!

DH is a full time soccer coach and we've been to Disney twice in January (2009 & 2010) for the 3v3 soccer tournament. We just found out tonight his full team was accepted into the Disney College Showcase from Dec 27-30. We were there this year in March for our anniversary trip and decided that was our last trip for a while so we could save up to adopt a child. Well, now we have a free (hotel, his flight and meals paid for) trip in December! We just have to pay for my flight, my meals and our park tickets for a couple days. We've never been in December. Of course it's the busiest time, but we can't wait to see the resorts at the holidays!!!

Any suggestions on getting through the parks in the evenings during this crazy time of year? Or do we skip the parks all together?

I went to Disney this past December for our wedding in January. We arrived on the 27th. We did use the extra magic hours a lot. We are night people so didn't use any of the morning. I know one time we were at MK till 3am when it closed. I do hear that EMH are good to use also. I think if you plan correctly then you can get the most out of the parks. We also park hop and would never go to Disney without this.

In my opinion though I would never do Disney again at that time. We always go the beginning of December & only changed the dates to accomodate our family for the wedding. Besides the crowds, people become very tempermental when they are pushing through trying to get in or out.

With all that said, I love Disney and would never say no to a trip.
