someone on ebay is charging $24.99 for series 1 hidden mickey pins that is just wrong i also noticed the same seller is selling space mountain room , the 3 free magic pins, HM suit , space suit green hat tiara and pink princess hat for unbelieveable prices

right there with you saw his selling stuff he should stop selling such stupid stuff for these prices

Wow, you are right! I never read the fine print on the back of a card.

I wonder if there some legal interpretation of the disclaimer that we aren't understanding. To me, cards are for trading. And obviously, the "virtual prizes" themselves are completely transferable. That's half the fun of having stuff on VMK, to trade it.

so technically anyone who has traded or gifted any card items, could potentially be in trouble too? That is silly in my opinion. I've gifted tons of items to dis friends.
I understand the money making side of it, although in my opinion if people are willing to pay for it, let them. I'm always amazed at the things you can find on ebay.
