You aren't kidding! There are roads closed all over the place. I had to take my dd6 to work with me today because I couldn't get her to my mom's. Our county is supposedly under a state of emergency. WNEP's flashing warnings again for a flood watch until tomorrow morning yet.

Blah! I know I am soooooo sick of the rain, it's nice if I worked the night before but I am off until Friday and of course that is when it is supposed to be nice again

it's bad here! flooding. flash flood warnings until tomorrow night. roads are out. one of my best friends had a terrible thing happen. with all the flooding the town sewer line was compromised and backed up in her basement. her laundry was down there. bleh!
and possibly 4-8 inches of rain coming tonight and tomorrow.

We have gotten so much rain the last 3 days it's not even funny (in Maryland in a suburb of DC). Waves and waves of rain. It's really getting old.

We are getting hammered here in central VA. It has been thundering all day long and at times the rain and wind are coming through like a hurricane!

Careful hentob, I had someone tell me in my thread I started the other day about this never ending rain. That she whenever she hears people complain about a little rain.

I only wish it were a little rain. My DH had to be creative in finding his way through our development to get home after work, as a lot of the roads are closed. We have 5 lakes in this development with the largest at 100 acres, plus there is one very, very close to where we live.

The rain has not stopped at all today. My family has never experienced this before--non stop rain. What do you do about your doggie's potty situation when it rains like this? We try taking our doggie out in the rain but of course, she wants no part of that.

We now have a new river in our backyard. Our basement is beginning to get wet-ugh. We are in better shape than those that live along the nearby Susquehanna River. It is supposed to crest well above flood stage on Thursday.
