OMG... this is so not right (The Office related)!!!

Can someone explain the "So she said" saying? Michael said it a few times, Dwight said it once & Michael told him to stop it & when Jan said it, she seemed upset with herself. What does it mean & where did it come from?

"That's what she said" is kind of like Michaels way of turning things into a dirty joke.

If someone said "It took so long" he would add on "That's what she said".
"I couldn't sleep last night" "that's what she said".

In one episode, Michael was going to stop using that joke....Jim made a little speech and added a whole bunch of "That's what she said" lines.

"It's so hard....it lasted forever....I'll miss it....and you could tell that Michael really wanted to use his line. I think you could tell that Pam wanted to laugh because she realized what Jim was doing.

Geez, how did I ever miss that?

Back in college, that was OUR joke! We used to add "...that's what my date said last night."

I still find myself wanting to use it to this day (15 years later) but, unlike Michael, I understand that it's usually inappropriate in meetings.

The last few seconds, Roy didn't have anything in his hand did he? I hope not, it'd be too serious if he did & then they'd probably have to get rid of his character. Although I don't know how he's still going to be around anyway.
Hopefully it was just his finger sticking out.

I hope it's just his finger, too. I just watched the clip and actually yelled, "NO!" when he lunged at Jim. Thank God I'm at home and alone.

Just watched a taped show from last Friday night, Close to Home. Roy (David Denman) was on. He was really good. Looks like life after The Office for him if he does leave.

Just watched the "new bonus deleted scene from The Merger" episode on The Office website. Did anyone else see it? I couldn't understand what Kevin said to Jim after he said he has a secret stash of M&M's under his desk. Have you ever heard him speak in his real voice (Brian)? You wouldn't even recognize him, he sounds so regular.

I yelled also, and I'm at work. :rotfl2:

I think it was just his keys or something. It was in his left hand.

I think Michael and I have the same suit. :teeth:

I was laughing till I cried at the end when Andy came back and Dwight pepper-sprayed him. "No need to thank me..." as Andy's writhing in agony on the floor. :rotfl: And then they show Toby packing up all of Dwight's weaponry, the nunchuks, the taser....that was one of the best episodes yet!

However, if Pam gives Roy a second chance, I will be severely annoyed.

I adore Jim and I want him and Pam to live happily ever after. I wish she wasn't such a mouse.
