OMG this CM cancelled my other 2 bd rm!!!

I called MS today with a Q...this guy Dave says i should nt have my 2.... 2bd rm lock offs at BWV under one reservation number and he has to change it...I should have hung up...my gut told me to but for a long time i held on...
When it was all said and done i said e mail me my reservations and i still have my 2... 2bd rms at BWV right..he says yes

I am ill and faint...i got no e mail for my sons other 2 bdrm which we were staying in...Nov 20--25th...

In the morning first thing i must call...I am so upset...

don't stress--DVC records all conversations so they will be able to go back and listen that you didn't want the second 2 bedroom canceled.

Okay if you say so...Been a member since 2000,gone every yr or more...never has this happened...

This guy also asked if i knew some people from my area with the same last time..I thought that was a bit odd..but maybe they do that...

don't stress--DVC records all conversations so they will be able to go back and listen that you didn't want the second 2 bedroom canceled.

But they can't give what's not there. If they did cancel it AND it's gone to someone else, that's a problem. They will not recover it from someone else who reserved even if they did make a mistake. I've seen this happen several times with Disney and otherwise.

However, it's very likely they are still there. Can you see them both under your reservations online? It's likely one still have the same # and you may not get a separate email on that one. Go in to the confirmation webpage and see if you can pull up anything under the old number and also try the new one assuming the email you got has a different #. let us know what happens.

I just thought a bit ago he must have left our (son's also) on the original reservation # but didnt send it again..
.Thanks for the info guys....I get on the DVC page and put all the info in and can never get into my ressies..
Not to tech savvy will have the grandson help..he works at Apple while he is in college.

A couple of days ago I booked 2 studios for 2 nights. The CM said they would email me both confirmations but I only received one. A check online showed me that both are indeed there. I wrote it off to some glitch in the system with emails. Hope you find out the same thing happened with you!

Just go to the member website and look under upcoming vacations. You should see both listed there. Not getting a email isn't a indication that the reservation doesn't exist.

Anyway,I called yesterday morning and the CM said I STILL HAD THE other 2- bd-rm. She e mailed it to me and that reservation number was also changed...sorry for the panic...
so all 13 of us will have place to stay for Thanksgiving wk..!!!!thanks for all the support..

I'm still just confused by the CMs doing this manually. As I said in your other thread, this happened to my September reservation automatically.

So can we help you get your DVC account up and running? That was the key to me not having a panic attack when I saw, days before checking, that our original res number was cancelled...because I could just go log in to dvcmember and, after a misstep or two, see what had happened.
