OMG They released Inferno!! YAY!

now my mini rant:

I have been telling people for 2 YEARS that trading everything they owned for inferno was a majorly foolish prospect. I absolutely REFUSED to trade for it at those levels, and now it has come back and bit them all in the behind.

I completely agree. I have made a couple trades for Infernos that have made me irritated because it was always too much on my end (and this was when you could get Inferno for a Stitch hat and a little more). I do have limits, and refused to succumb to the demands of the recent Inferno traders.

Yavn and team said that Inferno would be back this year (course, that was in July '06 lol), and I'm extremely glad that they have finally released it. I'm very glad it's in this manner, too. I do agree with others that get rewards codes from things other than movies would be great, but they are called "Disney Movie Rewards."

I have to say that I am thrilled that they have released inferno so that more people have a way of actually getting it.

On the other hand, I'm disappointed that they are putting so much new stuff out as Disney Movie Rewards. You have to get like 7 movies just to get inferno.

But yay to everyone who can now get inferno who couldn't get it before.

Yes and no. It was released, but some work is required to get it. You can get an inferno code if you earn 650 points through Disney Movie Rewards. So requires a purchase of DVD's or movie tickets to obtain the points.

Yes, it's 100 points for the 1 disc version.
The 2 disc version of World's End gets 125 points.


Check out the movie rewards website for dvd's currently available with codes and to find dvd's that are coming out soon with codes.


As for earning points other ways, I don't care. I don't buy games, cd's, pins, clothes or anything else. I really only buy the movies.

I traded a lot for my inferno... Do I regret it, NOPE not at all...

I traded 15 Trade Windows worth of a lot of rare items back in January (see thread here, if you please). I don't regret it at all. As with LadyDooley, I traded only extra items and really enjoyed the effort spent working up the trade (it took three months).

I suppose I might have been more upset had I only just traded "yesterday", but it was all "extra" stuff. I'd've got over it. Heh.

Right now, I'm just happy at the increased chance to get four more Inferno.

Yay, I'm so excited for everyone to get their infernos! I am not a part of the DMC myself, so I will have to just wait and hope they will release it in the game somehow But I am very happy for everyone else who can get one! On another note, I used to work in the warehouse that fills all the DVD orders for the Movie Club....its quite a sight let me tell you, especially during Feature Title Now they'll be busier than ever!
