OMG - the website is mixing me up with someone else!

My MDE and DVC are now someone named Krystal in a neighborhood not far from me. I can see her member # and reservations when I log in! It doesn't welcome me anymore and MDE doesn't show my reservations. Unfortunately, I have to call tomorrow since they are closed now :eek:

...this is what really worries me about Disney going completely computerized! Somehow the system is mixing us up. When I tried to reset my DVC password, the email that was sent to me was addressed to her.."Dear Krystal" my name is Debbie!
 
WOW. Hope you get this corrected with no problems.

Thanks! At first I thought I had been hacked but, when I saw the different DVC member # and completely different reservations, I realized there is a computer glitch. Like I edited my first comment above, I don't feel comfortable with everything going electronically. I like my paper tickets, etc.!
 

Good luck, that is scary. I think I will log into my DVC membership right now! I could imagine complete panic

It seems odd that the person you were mixed up in lives in your neighborhood. What are the odds in that? Sounds like something else is going on..
 
Well, on hold with Disney IT, but DVC did seem to fix my log in so that it welcomes me (not my family or my husband or Krystal!, as has been happening).

However, now that I can also log into MDE, I can see my resort and dining reservations. But when I click on friends and family, my DD and 2 friends are not listed - Krystal is!

And, even though the details of my dining are correct (DD, myself and 2 friends), Krystal is the only one who can cancel my reservations!!

And, when DVC IT called me back today, we were having a long conversation to fix the issues. It was pretty done but she was in the middle of telling me something when our conversation cut off (probably my house phone battery...) and she never called me back!?!
 
Well, on the phone with Disney IT for the second time today...

Apparently a major computer mix up! The first cm thought she had fixed everything set. Got rid of Krystal and added my friends and family that I had.

Got off the phone with her (should have gotten her name).

When I refreshed the MDE, I only saw my friend's resort reservation rather than my two DVC reservations. :crazy2:

So I'm on the phone and...the cm's computer crashed and she has to call me back!!:sad2:
 
This sounds like it should be elevated to the next level of supervisor.

I would think it would be a good idea to let MS know.

I thought this was a good idea, so I called and really didn't know which option to choose. Finally decided on one, explained as much as I could about my confusing situation, she wanted to confirm that much has been resolved and then put me on hold to talk to someone. I was on hold for so long that I finally hung up. I didn't understand why she had me explain anything to her if I was going to be transferred and I didn't know who I was going to be transferred to this time.

MDE, only partially fixed...I see one of my reservations, but still my friend's rather than my other one.
 
They said that this should not have affected Krystal, but who knows?

My issues ALL seem to be resolved! :worship:
