Just back from our trip last night, and I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW AWESOME RADIATOR SPRINGS RACERS IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The concept and execution were just amazing. So creative. Exciting, fun, and charming. I'm honestly kind of neutral on the whole Cars franchise and RSR still blew my mind.

This is one ride that I am really looking forward to riding again with our trip coming up. When we went two years ago we only got to ride it once and we got stuck with a group of people on a car and they talked the whole time and one person of the group had already been on the ride was was telling the other people what was coming up next.

I can't wait to experience this ride!! I know its all the rage but I hope in the 5 days we are in disney we have a chance to ride it a few times. I think my kids will love it even though we are not huge cars movie lovers. Watched the movie a few times though. Either way my youngest (4) always asks to drive the car and has been asking for over a year so I think this and autotopia will be winning rides for him. Hopeful with our large group we can get a car filled with just us.

A car seats six. When you get to the front of the line, just ask to sit in the same car. I have yet to be turned down when I've asked for a special seat assignment.

If you have little ones with you, have them sit in front. As a somewhat tall person I find I can see better on that ride in the backseat anyway. The little ones though will need to look through the windshield.

I see what you did there. :lmao:

Same here - wasn't into Cars, but Cars Land is amazing!

We are huge CARS fans so of course we loved the ride. Can't wait for our next trip when our oldest will be tall enough to go on too! He's already talking about it :)

I disagree on the little ones sitting in the front. My kids haven't had issues riding in the back, and there's a much higher chance you'd be able to see their faces on the ride photo :) if they sit in the front, the top of the windshield would cover their faces.

Oh OP, isn't it just AMAZING!!!! :goodvibes

I live here and get to the Parks often and we just love love love RSR!!!

:cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

Yes, I think it was our favourite ride here as well. We still quote lines from the ride months later ("slow down....you're not racing yet!).
We rode it 4 times in our 5 day stay. We enjoyed it the best at night.

I guess if you are concerned about the ride photo, have them sit in the back. I just know my 3 year old could not see the ride from the back seat.

Oh yes I agree it's an amazing ride for sure. Really the whole Carsland is so on point with the theme of everything ... Just awesome!! Then at night riding RR and walking in Carsland, wowza : )

I know I want a photo but I also want them to enjoy themselves on the ride... guess we will have to ride it a few times and mix up our seating. Thank goodness for photopass plus so I can get all the photos and pick the best one.

Thanks for the tips! Both things are important to me! :thumbsup2

One more thing. I've never had long hair so this may be an obvious thing to people who do, but consider bringing something to tie up long hair. I forgot once and my daughter's hair was all over the place. She spent half the ride trying to get it out of her face.

Great tip. My kiddo hates her hair pulled back but for rides I think I will insist that it is a must. :)

I personally like my hair getting in my face on Radiator Springs Racers, because I really quite enjoy the cousin It look. See my hair is on the long side. Lol

It's in my top 5 rides of all time at any Disney park.

Cars Land and RSR is almost 2 years old, but still "all the rage" :goodvibes

I've been able to ride many times, and still notice new things. Some minor (or not so minor) effects are often not working, which does not spoil the "show" -- although it's likely seldom at 100% :rotfl:

And the last two times I've ridden, I've been in the back row behind someone with long hair who wasn't considerate enough to tie it up. I really didn't enjoy someone else's hair whipping around, getting in my mouth, etc.

:faint:

SUCH a fun ride. I love it. I think front is best for the kiddies too. Definitely not the middle of the back row.
