To escape the awaiting fate you must use your mouse sense to make a sentence using a Beatles song and a fitness word.

Like:

I went running Helter Skelter down the road.

Don't try to sneak out with out paying your toll, everyone saw you come in here. You may rescue a friend by doing their sentence for them.
